In July 2016, Neopost acquired icon Systemhaus, the leading provider of customer communications management solutions, especially in Germany. icon Systemhaus brings value to our Digital solutions portfolio thanks to its deep expertise and penetration in the insurance industry, as well as IBM mainframe customers to help them migrate their document creation systems.

The Enterprise Digital Solutions division is present in America (Brazil, Canada and the United States), Asia (China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan), Europe (the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom), and Oceania (Australia). It has a workforce of 984 employees, 284 of whom work in Research and Development in seven centers throughout the world (Arnhem, Hradec Králové, La Crosse, Olomouc, Ostrava, Seattle and Toronto).
